This bowl of goodness is so delicious and a great thing to make if you're having people over because it comes together in less than 20 minutes. Each bowl can be modified to suit the person you're serving it for and the recipe is easy to double or triple depending on how many you want to make.
RECIPE (serves 3)
3 sushi salmon steaks, cut into bite sized pieces
3 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 avocado, cut into bite sized pieces
½ cup chopped macadamias
4 tbsp sesame seeds
1. In a large bowl mix together the salmon, tamari, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and avocado.
2. Sprinkle over the macadamias and sesame seeds.
3. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
SERVING SUGGESTION: I love putting this incredible mix on top of a bed of spinach and brown rice that I mix with 2 tbsp tamari and 1 tbsp sesame oil. I have found that quinoa works really well also and is great for those that don't eat rice and want something more filling than spinach.
