Easter is one of my favourite times of the year. It is not as full on as Christmas but it is still an occasion that is filled with so much food and time with family. One of the parts I love the most is that it is not just about one day. I love that there is a whole weekend dedicated to it that really just helps us all stop and take time for what is important. Due to there being four days of occasions there are plenty of opportunities to catch up with loved ones. If your family and friends are anything like mine, it is always centred around the food.
I have put together a collection of my favourite side dishes (and a link to the recipe) that can be put together really fast to save you some time! The recipes are versatile and all allow for slight changes so you can modify them to your dietary needs (or to the ingredients you already have!).
